Nice PlaceVery comfortable bed. Modern design and amenities. Weird that they only have shear draperies that prevent you from cutting out the morning sun. Its a great place though and I recommend staying there.
Travelers tip for business travelersAsk for more than one coffee packet - they only give you one.Rating:4
nice hotel on a budgetNot the ritz but for the money well worth it. Indigo is basically an old revamped double tree with a new coat of paint and island decor. It was clean and comfortable. Service was good and location was ideal for my business trip. I would stay here again.Rating:4
Good bargainThis hotel is a good bargain and in an excellent location for our visit to Illinois. The room was comfortable and attractive, but the bathroom was tiny.
Travelers tip on shoppingClose to many good restaurants and Woodfield Mall.Rating:4
OK StayThe hotel was clean and comfortable for the most part. I dont know if the location was the best.Rating:4
Unique Little HotelThis is a cute, unique little hotel. I think that it is especially cool to stay there in the winter because it feels so "summery." Most of the desk staff was quite friendly and helpful. Restaurant staff.... not so much.Rating:4
Good but some inconvenient thingsIt was our first stay for 2 days at Chicago. 1. The room was clean and well managed. 2. The fitness room and pool were free to use. 3. There was no refrigerator in the room. If it was not cold outside, we would have problems keeping milk and juice. 4. The heating fan sounds were somewhat loud.Rating:2
I wouldnt stay here again but I would use the banquet rooms again,The hotel is understaffed. There was no room service available when I stayed. Not a very good experience overall.
Travelers tip for business travelersI used a banquet room while I stayed and that worked out well and was pretty reasonable in cost.Rating:4
refreshingly differentthe hotel is quite out of the ordinary...the rooms are beautiful with wood flooring & rugs, not your standard "dark carpet & heavy drapes" the colors in the rooms & hallways were vibrant bright & cheery. the beds were very comfy. the service was excellent (we had a little problem with our a/c) staff was very friendly. all in all a different place to stay. i would highly recommend itRating:5
GREATGreat Hotel . I will be back
