    Motel was ok

The motel had a friendly staff and was in good condition. room was a little old and bed were horrible. Price was good and it served its pupose not sure if i would stay there again.

    check in

when i got to the hotel they told me that the room i had booked (regular queen room non smoking) was not available! after about 15 minutes she was finally able to get me a handicap room, but also wanted to charge me the price of that room which was more than what i had booked.

    Good value.

Close to I-5 and Everett Mall. The bed is hard (as mentioned in previous reviews). Very bare utinsile-wise.

    Great value

For the money, this hotel provided the best value. I enjoyed the convenience of the kitchenette, which certainly allowed me to save money by not going out for every meal, especially breakfast (since I travel a lot I get tired of restaurant food). The room was quite comfortable-even has an easy chair to sit and watch TV. The only downside is the walls are quite "thin"-I cold hear the TV in the next room when I was trying to sleep. Regardless, I would certainly stay there again.

    not impressed

staff was not very friendly... had a better stay at a different hotel the following weekend

    Won’t return to this hotel

The room was loud as it faced the freeway, the bed was very hard, the pillows very soft. Blanket was dirty and bedspread had what looked like burn holes. I had two different one. The room was a non smoking room but was still had a stale odor to it. I spent very little time in the room except to sleep was was also very limited due to the uncomfortable bed. Sleeping in the chair would have been better.

    Travelers tip on shopping

Walking distance to the Mall. Sure if you can walk 2 miles on a slight incline. Nothing was as close as stated in the amenities.

    Good for a short-term stay.

For a short-term stay, the Extended Stay America was a good deal. I received an adequate room at a good price, but there were several shortcomings. The internet service was very slow and downloads were virtually impossible. The tv had approximately 30 channels, but a full half of them were sports. At midnight when I got back to the hotel after work, there had been a water line break and the water was shut off. When I got up the next day, the water was still off, and I ended up going to work without a full shower. While this may have been an anomaly, it still went to the quality of my stay. I had planned on staying at another Extended Stay America hotel on a sixty day lease, but after these complications, I canceled.

    Travelers tip on dining

The location is adequate. It’s about a mile from the Everett Mall and multiple restaurants. It’s also very convenient to Interstate 5.

Cleanliness of room was very good. Much better than other accomodations.

Room was pretty good, but service was terrible.

My husband and I were getting into town late in the afternoon and had somewhere that we needed to be by 7:00 p.m. but still wanted to be able to grab dinner beforehand. We decided we should make sure that we would be able to check in to the motel, so I called the front desk to see if we could check in late that evening (around midnight) or if we needed to do so early. The woman I spoke to at the front desk sounded extremely irritated and rude, but she said she had checked us in and would have our key at the front desk. Later that evening when we showed up, we were surprised to find that the motel was locked after 11:00 p.m., which had not been mentioned to us when we called. We had to stand in the cold foyer outside the lobby and call an 800 number which took us to an operator who said that we might have to wait 20 minutes before the person on call could come let us in! When someone finally showed up to check us in, her manager called, and she made us stand there waiting for another 10 minutes while she had a conversation with her manager! I have never been treated with such disregard by the staff of any other motel and will never stay here again.
